Our fully Managed IT Support will not only let us remotely help you and see your systems health, we will take on the day-to-day maintenance and support of your entire network. This includes keeping things secure with managed anti-virus, data backups, 24/7 monitoring of all your systems, routinely scheduled status reviews, and we do all the updates/upgrades to your systems usually without any interruption to your business. All of this based on an easy to budget per device cost. Parts and labor for repairs are additional, but billed at our lowest contract rate.
Our Lite version lets us help you remotely when you need it and monitor your systems so that we can more quickly and easily determine what is going on if you have an issue. Any issues, repairs, and updates/upgrades are billed at pre-determined hourly rate with free estimates upon request.
